About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and effective leader to fill the position of Head of Middle School. As a significant leadership role, you will work closely with other members of the team to support the college in realizing its mission in line with the strategic direction of the college.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining, developing, and implementing data-driven decisions in consultation with the Principal to achieve excellence in educational programs and operations. This includes ensuring the highest quality of support, care, and learning is provided for all students at the college, particularly those within the Middle School.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.) with postgraduate studies in Educational Leadership (highly desirable)
  • Current SA Teacher Registration & Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Demonstrated organisational and educational leadership with a record of success in achieving agreed goals in collaboration with others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop effective professional relationships and engage positively with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing curriculum & pastoral care programs to Middle School students
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently and as a leader monitoring student wellbeing and academic progress
  • Significant ability to provide a strong cultural example for others and maintain expected standards of culture across the college
  • Ability and desire to actively support and lead the values and ethos of a Christian school
