Job Title: Cricket Development Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cricket Development Manager, leading the growth and sustainability of cricket within clubs, competitions, and schools in the Wide Bay region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a strong community network that shares your passion for cricket
  • Driving participation across all levels of the Australian Cricket Pathway
  • Introducing new and exciting programs to attract the next generation of players

In this role, you will work independently and manage your own schedule while being flexible to travel across the Wide Bay region as needed.


About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings passion and energy to engage with a diverse range of people every day
  • Can positively influence and build strong community and stakeholder relationships
  • Is committed to creating an inclusive cricket culture welcoming players of all ages, genders, and backgrounds

You should also have strong administration and organization skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs, and be comfortable working autonomously.
