About the Role

As Cricket Manager - Wide Bay, your focus will be on promoting the growth and sustainability of cricket within clubs, competitions, and schools, with a strong emphasis on Cricket Blast and female participation.

You'll do this by:

- Building and maintaining a strong community network that shares your passion for cricket.
- Driving participation across all levels of the Australian Cricket Pathway.
- Introducing new and exciting programs to attract the next generation of players.
- Supporting, inspiring, and coordinating a team of volunteers and casual staff who help bring cricket to life across the region.

While Bundaberg is the preferred location, we're open to flexibility for the right candidate.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Passion and energy to engage with a diverse range of people every day.
- The ability to positively influence and build strong community and stakeholder relationships.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive cricket culture, welcoming players of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
- Strong administration and organization skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs.
- Independence; you're comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
- Flexibility to travel across the Wide Bay region as needed.
