Job Title: Cricket Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead the growth of cricket in the Wide Bay region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Promote the development and sustainability of cricket within clubs, competitions, and schools.
  • • Drive participation across all levels of the Australian Cricket Pathway.
  • • Introduce new and exciting programs to attract the next generation of players.
  • • Support, inspire, and coordinate a team of volunteers and casual staff who help bring cricket to life across the region.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • • Ability to positively influence and build strong community and stakeholder relationships.
  • • Commitment to creating an inclusive cricket culture, welcoming players of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

  • • Independence; you're comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
  • • Flexibility to travel across the Wide Bay region as needed.
