About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the growth and development of cricket within clubs, competitions, and schools across the Wide Bay region.

Your focus will be on promoting participation across all levels of the Australian Cricket Pathway, introducing new programs to attract the next generation of players, and supporting a team of volunteers and casual staff.

  • You will build and maintain relationships with local communities, drive engagement, and foster a culture of inclusivity.
  • Strong administration skills and independence are essential for this role, as you will work autonomously and manage your own schedule.
  • Frequent travel across the Wide Bay region is required.
