Lead Policy Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Aboriginal homelessness policy and program initiatives. Your goal will be to improve housing outcomes for Aboriginal people and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The role involves:

  • Developing and leading key initiatives and priorities identified within Mana-na won-tyeen maar-takoort
  • Leading Aboriginal homelessness projects and initiatives
  • Building strong partnerships across stakeholders in partnership with the Victorian Aboriginal community

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Providing authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports and briefs on complex matters
  • Supporting continuous improvement and ensuring alignment to leading practice in project management
