Job Title: Support Worker for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
As a Support Worker for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will have the opportunity to provide personalized support and care to clients in their daily lives. This role involves working closely with our team to enhance the daily living skills of our clients, promote independence, and facilitate participation in community activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients with varying needs, abilities, and disabilities. This may include assisting with personal care, managing routines, and advocating for client interests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients with ASD
- Enhancing daily living skills and promoting independence
- Supporting participation in community activities
- Maintaining accurate records of support provided
Requirements:
- Cert 3 in Disability or Individual Support
- Full Driving Licence
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Screening
- Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
