Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM) professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant/Lead. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the configuration of CC&B and MDM systems, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM)
  • Sound knowledge in billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, and new connections
  • Experience in configuration tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals using Java/Groovy
  • Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms, and plug-in points
  • Solution design and support

Requirements:

  • Past experience in leading CC&B/MDM technical teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and end-users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues and provide effective solutions
