Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Functional Expert to lead our Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) functional work. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle CC&B and Oracle MDM functional work, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
  • Analyze complex functional issues and develop effective solutions in collaboration with clients, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of utility industry business processes, including billing, customer service, payment processing, and meter data management.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Extensive experience with Oracle CC&B and Oracle MDM functional work.
  • In-depth understanding of utility industry business processes, including billing, customer service, payment processing, and meter data management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management).
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
