Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with commercial and retail clients by working closely with Business Development Managers and Operations.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients at every stage, including handling queries, coordinating resolutions, and supporting seamless handovers.
  • Identify new opportunities with both new and existing clients and develop strategies to grow our portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and actionable client records.
  • Partner across teams to improve processes, share ideas, and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Confident communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial mindset and strong organisational skills.
  • Able to think strategically and read contracts.
  • Competent in information systems.
  • Valid driver's license (a bonus if you have knowledge of energy industry terms or billing).
