
Client Success Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen relationships with commercial and retail clients by working closely with Business Development Managers and Operations.
- Provide exceptional service to clients at every stage, including handling queries, coordinating resolutions, and supporting seamless handovers.
- Identify new opportunities with both new and existing clients and develop strategies to grow our portfolio.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and actionable client records.
- Partner across teams to improve processes, share ideas, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
Requirements:
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset and strong organisational skills.
- Able to think strategically and read contracts.
- Competent in information systems.
- Valid driver's license (a bonus if you have knowledge of energy industry terms or billing).
