Job Opportunity

At our agency, we're on the lookout for a confident and organized professional to lead client relationships, develop strategies, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

This role suits someone with agency experience who is looking for a flexible position. It would also be suitable for someone returning to work who's looking for part-time hours that fit around school or other commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from proposal through to delivery
  • Client liaison: Be the main point of contact, field briefs, manage expectations and keep clients informed
  • Resource planning: Coordinate scheduling and team capacity across projects
  • Account Management: Take ownership of budgets, timelines and project reporting and invoices.
  • Contribute to strategy work: Collaborate on brand and marketing strategy and presentations to clients.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, developers and partners to deliver great work and contribute to team culture.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in account or project management
  • Experience in a creative studio / agency
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
  • Process driven approach, and the ability to juggle multiple project priorities.
  • Confidence presenting work in front of clients
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with project tools like Teamwork, Asana or Monday.com is a bonus
  • A general understanding of digital marketing is helpful but not essential
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a small team
