Job Title: Experienced Commercial Contracts Professional

Job Description

We are partnering with a respected WA commercial builder to recruit an experienced contracts administrator. This contractor has a strong track record delivering quality construct-only projects valued up to $25M and is known for their reliable systems and supportive culture.

This role offers the perfect mix of office and site exposure, giving you the chance to stay close to delivery while developing your commercial expertise in a secure and long-term position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and subcontracts from award through to final close-out.
  • Prepare and oversee variations, claims, procurement, and compliance documentation.
  • Support Project Managers and site teams with cost tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure budgets and progress align with project targets.
  • Maintain document control and reporting using Procore.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a CA on WA commercial projects ($10M–$25M preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and cost management.
  • Experience with Procore or similar project systems highly regarded.
  • Perth-based commercial experience and full Australian working rights.
