Highly Experienced Contract Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contract professional to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring legal and commercial compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Review, negotiate, and amend contracts
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery, and project close out
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
- Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
- Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
- Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
- Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge of project administration and project control
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Qualifications in Contract Management or similar discipline
- Police clearance due to projects being on Defence sites
- Ability to meet country of origin and security clearance requirements
