About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at National Workforce. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hiring process, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by managing documentation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
