Dispute Resolution Specialist

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution Team, you will play a critical role in protecting Zurich by reviewing customer complaints, making it right with the customer, governing the complaints process, and producing insights on the complaint sentiment to explore process improvement or knowledge uplift opportunities with the business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage disputes and complaints escalated internally from business areas within Zurich
- Manage disputes lodged with external schemes such as AFCA, OAIC, and AHRC
- Conduct thorough case investigations and analytical skills to resolve disputes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance is achieved in the complaints process
