Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and qualified workshop operations manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our mobile and fixed plant equipment.

  • Lead the workshop team in delivering high-quality services while maintaining health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and servicing of company machinery, allocating resources efficiently.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and sales representatives.
  • Manage purchasing and quoting for parts and services.
  • Organize workshop team meetings, providing leadership and guidance for workshop operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing workshop teams and operations, be trade-qualified as a Diesel Fitter or have equivalent experience, and possess a strong focus on quality control and efficiency.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Mackay facility. We offer a competitive salary package, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.
