Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our mine complex.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a vital role in maintaining the site's facilities and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing routine maintenance tasks on buildings, including plumbing and carpentry work.
- Maintaining grounds and general facilities, including installations and excavations.
- Ensuring site access roads are well-maintained and repaired as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role or trade qualification in plumbing or carpentry.
- Ability to operate civil equipment, including small excavators, backhoes, loaders, graders, and dozers.
- Excellent time management and adaptability skills to prioritize tasks and respond to changing situations.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
This position offers a 7 Days On and 7 Days Off (Day only) roster, allowing for a residential lifestyle or salary-sacrificed FIFO arrangement. Residential employees may be eligible for a housing allowance.
Is qualified and competent in operating small excavators, backhoes, loaders, graders, and dozers.
