The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of building systems and structures. This involves a range of tasks including maintenance, repair, and inspection.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair building structures, systems, and equipment ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Collaborate with facilities teams to resolve technical issues and provide support where needed.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in building maintenance or a related field is required for this role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations is essential for success in this position.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
