Secure Application Solutions Manager
","Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage security application services with expertise in best practices for delivery, implementation, and management.
- Provide oversight and recommendations for operations and technologies used by managed services customers.
- Ensure compliance with best practice design, implementation, and management of security applications delivered by teams.
- Be a key resource during major security incidents and drive resolution while providing clear communication to customers.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of security services from creation to ensuring alignment with service commitments.
- Drive collaboration between vendors, customers, and internal delivery teams as the primary liaison.
- Identify service delivery gaps against expectations and align relevant service catalogue offerings based on customers' licensing requirements.
- Work with the Cloud & Security Practice Lead to productise security application offerings and determine how these are delivered within operational departments.
- Support sales with RFP responses and embed a security-first approach into all deliverables driving improvements.
- Generate new opportunities and billable work within the security application space by focusing on proactive activities, developing new services, and extending existing services.
- Develop and maintain guidelines and structure for technical documentation and knowledgebase articles while owning and contributing to knowledge.
- Collaborate with Professional Services on defining and delivering guidelines, processes, and documentation for the successful handover and on-boarding of security solutions to Managed Services.
- Previous experience with an IT system integrator or managed services provider.
- 5+ years in a security application role or at least 10+ years in an infrastructure or security role specialising in Cyber Security.
- Current Azure Security Engineer or M365 Security Administrator certification.
- Rapid7, CrowdStrike certifications and/or at least 2 other security application vendor related industry certs.
- Industry experience working within the ITIL framework (ITIL certifications highly regarded).
