Key Job Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to work with our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and analysis relating to engineering changes that will be installed on the in-service Hobart Class DDG within the RAN fleet.

  • Integrate cyberworthiness considerations into the engineering effort for systems, subsystems, and networks
  • Contribute to ICT, Emanation, or Physical security certification and accreditation activities throughout the engineering lifecycle
  • Assess and mitigate system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle
  • Identify, define, and analyze system security requirements
  • Plan and conduct security test and evaluation activities
  • Prepare and develop security documentation to support system authorization
  • Review system, subsystem, and component design artefacts
  • Liaise with Australian defence security authorities
  • Produce/maintain security documentation to support achieving ICT, Emanation, and Physical Security accreditation of the systems and networks
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Cybersecurity expertise and knowledge of ICT, Emanation, and Physical security principles
  • Experience in conducting technical investigations, risk assessments, and contributing to architecture development and design coordination activities
  • Ability to integrate cyberworthiness considerations into the engineering effort for systems, subsystems, and networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance
