Job Title:

Senior Cybersecurity Manager

The purpose of this role is to assist the Local Security Officer by acting as the local information and cybersecurity representative at LGT Crestone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit, roll out, and promote related information and cyber group directives, policies, and work instructions, including Business Continuity Management and IT directives.
  • Ensure compliance with group directives, policies, and work instructions within the ISMS framework.
  • Supervise and guide local information and cybersecurity efforts, including technology risks based on LGT's framework.
  • Conduct control testing assurance activities, such as physical site audits.
  • Act as the local contact point for staff questions and concerns related to international SOS.
  • Support the implementation of awareness measures as defined by the group and local requirements.
  • Assess and review security-related requests for LSO approval.
  • Review technical concepts and recommend improvements.
  • Manage security risks, including remediation tasks.
  • Support audit and certification activities.
  • Stay informed about current threat situations through regular communication with AusCERT.
  • Keep the LSO-Coordinator updated on local activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of technology risks in line with local and global risk management frameworks.
  • Contribute to Business Continuity Management planning and exercises, ensuring cyber risks are identified, assessed, and addressed, reflecting current threat landscapes such as ransomware, system outages, and data breaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science, or 8 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, architectures, risk assessment methodologies, and awareness training.
  • Understanding of physical security and business continuity management.
  • Risk-aware mindset with motivation to manage information and cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts and directives.
  • Excellent analysis, decision-making, and escalation management capabilities.
  • Highly motivated to stay current with industry trends.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
