Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering technical requirements and conducting in-depth analysis to create process maps, technical designs, and business process models.
  • Providing strategic advice on the feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to optimize cybersecurity operations and risk management compliance.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and managing interactions across multiple agencies and teams to identify cybersecurity requirements, develop user or solution stories, and case scenarios.
  • Facilitating workshops to research, understand, and gather knowledge on the challenges and issues involved with cybersecurity compliance, privacy, and information security.
  • Identifying and documenting cybersecurity processes, roles, and responsibilities to define cybersecurity requirements.
  • Tracking and driving cybersecurity process improvements to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Preparing accurate reports on cybersecurity processes for senior stakeholders.
About You
  • Experience in consulting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders, gathering and analyzing technical requirements within agreed delivery timeframes.
  • Proven expertise in developing process maps, technical designs, and business process models.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams and across multiple projects.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI, Python programming with an emphasis on data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Skilled in MySQL query development.
  • Knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering to drive productivity.
  • Deep understanding of networks, operating systems (especially Linux), and application platforms.
  • A solid foundation in enterprise strategies and accounting principles.

This is a temporary opportunity until 30th June 2027. Hybrid and flexible working options are available. The base salary starts at $149,739 plus superannuation.
