IT Service Continuity Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Continuity Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our IT services. This strategic position minimizes the negative impact of IT incidents and prevents their recurrence.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and operationalise a consistent IT Service Continuity process across the organisation.
- Implement, embed, and provide ongoing support for the IT Service Continuity Process and Procedures to ensure seamless operation and uplift leading to adoption of best practices.
- In partnership with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), oversee and manage IT service continuity, incident, problem, and change across the environment.
- E nsure the seamless operation, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment of business technology services with organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) is highly desirable.
- Expert knowledge of ITSM tools JIRA Service Management (JSM) and frameworks, with practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes.
- 3+ years defining and driving IT service continuity processes, including experience with post-mortem analysis and corrective action implementation.
