Culinary Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct daily operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction;
- Maintain inventory levels, including food, beverage, and merchandise;
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of new staff members;
- Cultivate a positive team environment through coaching and counseling;
- Maintain restaurant safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times;
- Ensure building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures are in good condition;
- Develop strong relationships with locals and communities;
- Provide a safe and respectful work environment for all staff;
- Foster a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Critical Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in a management role in a high-volume setting (fast casual dining preferred);
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork;
- Proficient in basic computer technology (POS systems, rostering software, Microsoft Office);
- Australian resident or current work visa holder;
- Valid RSA certification.
