Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct daily operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction;
  • Maintain inventory levels, including food, beverage, and merchandise;
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of new staff members;
  • Cultivate a positive team environment through coaching and counseling;
  • Maintain restaurant safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times;
  • Ensure building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures are in good condition;
  • Develop strong relationships with locals and communities;
  • Provide a safe and respectful work environment for all staff;
  • Foster a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Critical Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in a management role in a high-volume setting (fast casual dining preferred);
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork;
  • Proficient in basic computer technology (POS systems, rostering software, Microsoft Office);
  • Australian resident or current work visa holder;
  • Valid RSA certification.
