Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at our Gourmet Food manufacturing site in Dandenong South, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. They will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment to produce iconic products, ensuring they meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis is a regular full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
- Operate and maintain equipment to meet business needs, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Perform shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reduction loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
- Work collaboratively with experienced teams to set up, operate, and monitor equipment.
- Ensure products meet GMP standards and adhere to all Quality Standards set by Mondelez International.
