Job Description

A dynamic opportunity exists for a highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Mondelez International in Australia. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of manufacturing equipment, meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be operating and maintaining equipment to meet high standards. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards) and ensure that safety processes are observed. Your responsibilities will include shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reduction loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.

You will also be working closely with your colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This includes adhering to all Quality Standards set by Mondelez International and following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career within our company.

Requirements
  • A background in food production/manufacturing/operations-based roles
  • Technical aptitude to assist in basic mechanical changes and lean manufacturing-based problem solving
  • Demonstrated machine maintenance experience (lubrication, changeovers, center lining, cleaning)
  • A true passion for teamwork, with a focus on contributing to a safe environment for all
