About the Position
We seek a highly experienced Director of Electrodes Manufacturing to lead our proprietary electrodes manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and scaling the manufacturing line, including designing and optimizing semi-automatic production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for electrodes, from design to production.
- Setup and scale the manufacturing operations, including designing and optimizing manufacturing lines for semi-automatic production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing activities with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for materials procurement, handling of hazardous materials, and compliance with hydrogen-related regulations.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on manufacturing operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with a background in powdered technology and advanced materials.
- Proven track record of setting up manufacturing lines from scratch and scaling manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of powdered technology, material science, and mechanical design principles.
- Experience with semi-automatic manufacturing processes and hands-on experience on the production floor.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
