Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with Owners Corporations as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Arrange quotations and repairs/maintenance for works required, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage risk and insurance, including annual fire safety and insurance checks and quotations.
- Issue keys to contractors, owners, and tenants, maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure access.
- Real Estate or Strata experience, or administration experience in any industry, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Well-versed in StrataMaster, or willing to learn and adapt.
- Certificate of Registration, or willing to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
