
Senior Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Lead key client relationships with a focus on client experience
- Identify growth opportunities within the designated portfolio
- Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
- Deliver in alignment with the strategic direction of the National business
- Achieve renewal and new business budget
- Mentorship and development of team members within the region
Requirements">To succeed in this role, you will need to have outstanding client relationship management capabilities, a collaborative approach with colleagues and clients, and strong communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurially minded individuals with a track record of client acquisition and retention will also be considered. A strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products is essential, as is a Tier 1 Qualification. Relevant working experience and strong organisational skills to align with regional objectives are also required.
