Global Sales and Conversion Strategist

RMIT University is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director, Global Sales. As a key member of the International and Engagement portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the university's sales and conversion strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of sales and conversion strategies for domestic and international students
- Manage centralized functions including sales/enquiries management team and conversion team
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure, nurture, and enhance the sales pipeline conversion from enquiry to enrolment
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Education, Sales or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience in a large services organisation
- Extensive and relevant sales and student recruitment expertise with substantial experience within a large and complex organisation
- Highly developed analytical, numeracy, and strategic planning skills, including the proven ability to deliver financial uplift and deliver cost savings through business and process simplification
- Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated capacity to initiate and lead service delivery in a challenging and dynamic environment
The estimated salary range for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
