As a National Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple projects and lead site installations across Australia and New Zealand. This role is critical in delivering high-quality installations while driving continuous improvement and best practices.

About the Role

This position requires an experienced construction professional with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support construction site and safety managers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all site installations.
  • Oversee installations and ensure compliance with global methodologies and standards.
  • Problem-solve and provide guidance for on-site challenges.
  • Contribute to project evaluations, risk mitigation, and installation timelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a global, matrix organisation.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Solid grounding in OHS&E principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
