The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple residential sites
- Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and deliveries
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Enforce and maintain WHS protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to maintain high performance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in residential construction
- A relevant university qualification (Construction Management or similar) is preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic
