Job Role:

The Asset Management Program Coordinator is a key position within Statewide Clinical Support Services, supporting the Manager, Engineering Services in delivering programs and activities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient program operations, including preparation of agendas, meeting notes, correspondence, briefings, and record management.
  • Facilitate timely communication and contribute to high-quality business cases, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify costs, outputs, outcomes, and program timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Deliver high-quality written communications and support a range of administrative functions.
  • Build effective relationships and communicate professionally with staff at all levels.
  • Organise tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
  • Solve problems proactively and make sound judgments.
  • Show integrity, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office administrative systems.
