Senior ICT Assets Coordinator Job Description

The Senior ICT Assets Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of ICT hardware assets across all department sites and services to meet ICT service delivery objectives.

This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and effective management of departmental asset records and information, as well as delivering high-quality ICT asset reporting to enable informed financial decisions contributing to the overall ICT digital strategy.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of ICT hardware assets, contributing to ICT Service Delivery configuration management continuous improvement initiative outcomes, and maintaining the integrity of departmental asset records and information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong coordination skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication abilities and experience in IT asset management are also highly desirable.
Benefits

The successful applicant will gain a Department for Human Services working with children check prior to being employed, which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will also be required to undertake RRHAN - EC Facilitator Lead extended course or online Fundamentals course, which will be required to be updated every three years.
