About the Position

This role is a key part of our organization, requiring a deep understanding of our portfolio and the ability to design end-to-end solution architectures for customer projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and markets.
  • Design and deliver solution architectures that meet business requirements, ensure data security, and maintain performance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and software demonstrations to customers.
  • Lead technical requirements for opportunities and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, drive growth, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and act as a technical leader in projects, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
  • Maintain governance standards across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand capabilities, processes, and DevOps processes; participate in coding or business workflow mapping as required.
  • Provide input and resolution of technical issues across the SDLC.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience with a strong focus on PreSales.
  • Experience implementing complex enterprise projects in mission-critical/high-availability environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts and associated legalities; understanding of profit and loss for proposals is desirable.
