Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect is a critical role within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing cloud availability solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of professional services engagements.

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced technical professional who can architect and implement data protection and monitoring solutions using Veeam tools and System Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Continuity, Data Center, Cloud, Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver implementation and consulting services to meet solution design and deliverables, focusing on legacy and cloud migrations;
  • Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, custom documentation, etc.;
  • Assist with solution implementation effort estimation;
  • Assist with Services Engineering for new Professional Services offerings;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and workflows;
  • Assist in the selection of tools to support new Professional Services offerings;
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team with the Global Alliance Architecture team;
  • Provide input to the writing of proposals and Statements of Work;
  • Provide overall project guidance (project plans, schedules, communication plans, resource plans, status updates, etc.);
  • Assist with assessment and design of solutions;
  • Deliver onsite knowledge;
