We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to support our Australian customers and drive business growth through tender administration, lead generation, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Australian customers with prompt and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive tender administration work for Australia
  • Perform outbound phone calls to qualify and develop prospects, leads, and manage customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate databases and track lead generation success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and customer support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years direct or indirect sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to document a track record of successful lead generation
  • Proficiency in PC software and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
