{"About the Role": "Senior Activations Manager

As a Senior Activations Manager at IPG Mediabrands, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class digital solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of junior team members and collaborating with the Activations Director to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the workflow of junior team members.
  • Train and support team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Escalate challenges to the Performance Director as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media agency partners and tech partners.

Client Focus:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across paid search.
  • Oversee and lead the planning, optimization, and reporting of all paid campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels based on relevant KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance media campaign management with Google Ads.
  • A "lean-in" attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • A thirst for knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape.
