This role is key in delivering outstanding service to clients and financial advisers via phone, email, and web chat.

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers.
  • Provide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
  • Address enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Uphold the company's values and ensure high service standards in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
