Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Group Accountant to join our finance team. As a key partner to the CEO, you will take ownership of the finance function, delivering strategic insights, robust reporting, and operational excellence to support ambitious growth plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage statutory obligations, including BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation returns.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes with precision.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial and KPI reports to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare quarterly board reports to communicate financial performance and strategy.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic goals.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and assist with insurance management.
  • Conduct monthly internal quality audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
