Senior Development Manager

This role leads the acquisition of development sites to support Defence Housing Australia's housing needs for Australian Defence Force members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake complex feasibility analysis to identify potential residential development and redevelopment projects.
  • Provide detailed recommendations to senior leadership on project viability.
  • Apply highly developed analytical and negotiation skills to resolve issues and manage risk.
  • Coordinate a range of activities with independence while working as part of a team.

About Your Team: The Property Group delivers high-quality housing through various programs.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in land acquisition and construction, advanced knowledge of urban planning frameworks, and due diligence performance criteria of property financing.

Your Skills: Strong negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder relationship skills are essential for success in this role.
