Job Opportunity

This role is a pivotal position within the Senior Operations team, working closely with colleagues across Sydney Law School and University Schools to deliver operational excellence.

About the Role:
  • To lead the Dean's Unit team in delivering high-quality day-to-day operational and administrative services across Sydney Law School
  • Oversee the design and delivery of service models, focusing on executive support, communications, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies, enhance internal platforms (e.g. Intranet, SharePoint), and drive adoption of digital tools to boost engagement and productivity
  • Provide strategic advice and operational oversight to support the implementation of key School-wide strategies and initiatives
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, managing operations, executive services, or governance within complex organisations such as universities, public sector, or large corporates
  • Experience in leading professional teams, including performance management and service delivery outcomes
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and content management platforms (e.g. intranet systems)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and understanding of digital transformation and workplace technologies
