We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide quality support and services to young people with mental health issues who live in residential services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide client-focused, community-oriented, and sensitive support to young people in their recovery journey.
- Work collaboratively with young people to develop and maintain relationships that facilitate independence.
- Assist young people with mental health issues to improve their daily living skills through guidance, supervision, and encouragement.
- Minimum of Cert IV in Mental Health, Community Services or other related discipline.
- Experience in working with young people experiencing mental health issues.
- Demonstrated capacity to relate to young people, their families/carers, and other stakeholders with dignity and respect.
- Paying on SCHADS Level 3 plus Super.
