About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Administrator. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential communities. Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, from managing resident documentation to facilitating rent increases and vacate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Process tenancy documentation accurately and efficiently using your property management/administration experience.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure administrative requirements are met, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls and emails, maintaining high levels of communication.
Conduct data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail, utilising Microsoft Office and support software to manage documentation effectively.
Assist with rent increases, vacating resident procedures and site fee increases in compliance with relevant state legislation.
Collaborate with the team to execute ad hoc tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Eager to contribute to the success of the property management team.
Possesses property management and/or administrative experience.
