About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring our customers receive high-quality support and stay connected.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing 1st-level service and support to customers;
- Maintaining databases of logistics information;
- Coordinating and servicing equipment;
- Performing administrative duties and supporting all departments;
- Maintaining effective communication channels with all departments;
- Maintaining relevant, accurate, and accessible records of all activities.
