Leadership Opportunity

The Director of Academic Programmes will lead the strategic direction and vision of our academic programmes in alignment with the School's overall mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of academic programmes across various disciplines.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement within the Faculty through reflective practice, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
  • Take responsibility for the oversight and execution of programme planning, curriculum design, and assessment tasks according to national and local requirements.
  • Develop strategies to improve programme outcomes based on feedback and data analysis from surveys, students, and parents.

The successful applicant must have a teaching degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Economics, Enterprise, Accounting or related field) and proven experience in educational leadership or management.
