Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Specialist

Description:

We are seeking experienced specialists to enhance the Federal Government Department's IT Service Management capabilities and implement a new service management platform using Service Now.

The successful candidates will secure a 6-month contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months, aligned with a rewarding hourly rate. They will work closely with the project team, assist in operational change, and document management, while assisting the Director in integrating SIAM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all required knowledge transfer and handover for ongoing management and governance of Service Management processes
  • Assist in operational change to implement Service Now
  • Document management
  • Coordinate and align transition of replacement and disengagement of current arrangements

Requirements:

  • Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
  • Understanding of operational systems, including compute, cloud, networks, storage, etc.
  • Operational experience in at least 2 Service Management disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using and/or implementing Service Now
  • Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model
