One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced **ITSM/Service Management Specialist** **to assist in developing and transitioning to a SIAM Model. You will work closely with the SIAM project team to ensure all the project deliverables are defined and met. The role will primarily be based in **Canberra as well as remote work as flexible working arrangements are available. **The successful **ITSM/Service Management Specialist **will be offered a **6 month contract** **with 2 X 6 months** **extension options.**

The successful** ITSM/Service Management Specialist **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Assisting in the operational change as required to implement SIAM
- Identifying and managing inter-dependencies with other ICT sourcing program activities and initiatives
- Working with the project team in project planning preparation for the SIAM Services
- Assisting in coordination and alignment between the transition of replacement and disengagement of current arrangements

The successful **ITSM/Service Management Specialist **will have experience in the following:

- Understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks and storage
- Experience in all disciplines of Service Management
- Proficient in MS office products
- ITIL Certification (foundation as a minimum)
