We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:5+ years of experience with ITSM and Service Delivery, preferably in a Defence environment.
Proficiency in ITIL Principles and their practical application.
Experience in establishing continual service improvement practices post-transition and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
METL 4: Provides advice and guidance to support the adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.
