Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving meaningful change? We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team and support the delivery of a large-scale data modernisation program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and embedding change across large-scale initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing structured change management strategies, ensuring communication, training, and stakeholder engagement are in place to minimise disruption and maximise adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering end-to-end change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication, and engagement plans;
  • Partnering with senior leaders, frontline managers, and project teams to ensure alignment and readiness for change;
  • Supporting capability uplift through targeted training, coaching, and knowledge transfer;
  • Monitoring adoption and embedment of change initiatives, identifying risks and managing resistance;
  • Ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in large, complex environments;
  • Strong track record of delivering people-focused change across operational teams, ideally in data modernisation settings;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly;
  • Experience designing and executing structured change strategies and plans;
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
